Terms and Conditions of Use of the 55gg Platform

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "55gg" or "Platform": refers to the website 55gg.best and all digital services operated under this brand, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, jackpots, and all other available gaming modes.
• "User" or "You": any individual who registers on the 55gg platform and uses its services.
• "Account": the individual profile created by the User upon registration, linked to a unique CPF and used to access all platform services.
• "Balance": the amount in Brazilian reais (R$) available in the User's Account to place bets and play games, as well as to request withdrawals.
• "Bonus": credits, free spins, or other benefits granted by 55gg to the User under specific promotions, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Rollover": the minimum betting volume a User must reach before being able to withdraw funds derived from bonuses.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To create an account on 55gg and use its services, the User must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazilian territory or be temporarily in Brazil at the time of use;
• Hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Not be subject to an active self-exclusion measure on any betting or casino platform;
• Not be an employee, partner, affiliate, or first-degree relative of an employee or partner of 55gg.

Registration is personal and non-transferable. Each CPF may be linked to only one active account on 55gg. Creating multiple accounts under the same User — regardless of the email address, phone number, or device used — violates these Terms and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and balances.

55gg reserves the right to refuse registration to any person without providing a reason, particularly where there are indications of irregularity, fraud, or violation of applicable rules.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

55gg follows identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) procedures in line with industry best practices and the guidelines applicable to the regulated Brazilian market. Verification may be requested at any time, particularly:

• At the time of the first withdrawal;
• When the balance accumulated for withdrawal exceeds R$ 2,000.00;
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or misuse of the platform;
• As required by competent regulatory or judicial authorities.

Documents that may be requested include: national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), passport, proof of address issued within the last 90 days, and in some cases, proof of the origin of deposited funds. The deadline to submit documents after a request is 7 calendar days. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

55gg accepts deposits exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$) through the following methods:

• Pix — instant approval, available 24 hours a day;
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) — settlement within 1 business day;
• Credit card (Visa and Mastercard) — immediate approval subject to card limit;
• Debit card (Visa and Mastercard) — immediate approval;
• PicPay — instant approval;
• Mercado Pago — instant approval.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no defined maximum deposit limit, although transactions above R$ 10,000.00 are subject to additional verification. 55gg does not charge fees on deposits; however, the User's financial institution or digital wallet may apply its own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered in the name of the account holder. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. The processing time is up to 5 minutes for requests received during business hours, and may extend to up to 24 hours in cases requiring additional verification or compliance review.

55gg does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts, digital wallets in another person's name, or any method other than the Pix key registered in the account holder's own name. Bonus amounts that have not met the required rollover are not available for withdrawal until that requirement is fulfilled.

4.3 Taxes

It is solely the User's responsibility to understand and fulfill their tax obligations under current Brazilian law. 55gg does not provide tax advice and bears no responsibility for the User's compliance with obligations to the Receita Federal do Brasil.

5. Sports Betting

Sports betting at 55gg follows these general rules:

• Every confirmed bet is final and irrevocable, except in cases expressly provided for in these rules or in the specific conditions of each market;
• The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds applied to the payout, regardless of any subsequent changes;
• 55gg reserves the right to suspend markets, limit individual bets, or refuse bets in cases of irregularity, system errors, or events under investigation;
• Bets placed on games whose outcome is already known at the time of confirmation — whether due to a system error or any other reason — will be cancelled and the amounts returned to the User's balance;
• The cash out (early bet cashout) is available on selected markets at the value calculated by the system at the time of the request. The cash out value may be lower than the total potential winnings;
• In the event of a cancellation or postponement, the bet will be voided and the amount returned to the balance, unless the event takes place within 72 hours of the original date.

8. User Conduct

By using 55gg, the User agrees to:

• Use the platform's services exclusively for personal and lawful entertainment purposes;

• Do not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the platform;
• Not place bets on behalf of third parties or accept bets from third parties through their own account;
• Not attempt to manipulate outcomes, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or engage in any form of cheating;
• Do not use abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language in live chat, support, or any 55gg communication channel.

The User is solely responsible for the security of their device and access credentials. 55gg is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to the User's account caused by the User's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

9. Fraud, Money Laundering & Illegal Activities

55gg has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illicit activity. The following are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Use of third-party credit or debit cards without the cardholder's express authorization;
• Deposits made with funds obtained from criminal or unlawful activity;
• Creating accounts using a false or third-party identity;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate matches or markets;

• Any form of unauthorized access to the platform's systems.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

Bonus amounts that have not met the rollover requirement will be forfeited without compensation.

10.2 At 55gg's Discretion

55gg reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Substantiated suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or unlawful activity;
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process;

11. Limitation of Liability

• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events;

15. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
